What can I bring to embroider?
Todays event will be for flat items only - Think hoodies, sweaters, crews, scarves, denim, backpacks, Christmas stockings + more!
If we can lay it flat, we can stitch it (Sorry, no hats for today.)
What can I get embroidered?
We will have a limited time Holiday Menu that includes 3 Fonts, 10 Colors, and 5 Icons for you to choose from!
You can do up to 8 characters for names/words or up to 3 mini icons. You can mix and match a name + icon!

If your request is too detailed or lengthy, we’ll help you choose the perfect simplified option!
How many items can I bring?
We are limiting in store live embroidery orders to 5 items* per guest.
Pricing:
• 1st item — $25
• 2nd item — $15
• Each additional — $10
Clients get a free craft coffee at The Pocket with every purchase!
*Orders with multiple items will incur a longer wait time and may require client to come back at a later time in the day to pick up.
Why is there a limit to quantities, characters, colors, etc.?
We’re stitching live, same-day — limiting options helps us keep things moving while still delivering beautiful, high-quality work.
Can you embroider my logo or a custom design?
Absolutely! But not same-day — custom logos require digitizing and extended production time. You can still drop items off during the event; just note, you may be waiting in a line to check in!
Can I bring something old or used?
At this event, new items only please.
Are there fabrics you can’t embroider on?
At Threads, we've made a name for ourselves in providiing quality service to luxury fabrics and carefully created pieces. With this practice, we evaluate each piece in person. If we believe the item may be damaged or stitching won’t hold well, we may decline — or offer an alternative placement if applicable. Ultimately, its you as the clients decision whether you want us to try, as we are not liable for damaged client provided items.
Where can you embroider on my item?
Placement depends on the construction of the garment and determines where we can fit our instruments to embroider your item. We will help determine the best placement when you arrive!
What if I drop off near closing or can’t wait?
No problem!

Do I need an appointment?
Nope! Walk-ins encouraged — first come, first served.
